Returns
At Gonest we want you to be happy with what you've bought. If you
change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request
a return. If that window ends on a weekend or public holiday, it
extends to the next working day.
Condition
To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged and in their
original packaging.
Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. We'll
send you the return address once your request is approved.
No restocking fee
We don't charge one.
Damaged, faulty or incomplete orders
Don't send it back. Email info@gonest.homes within 30 days with
your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund
you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund your
original payment method within 7 working days.
