A solid titanium cooking surface, 100% pure and lab-verified: the pan that is what the label says.

Most pans with "titanium" on the box are aluminium with a thin coating that happens to contain a little titanium. You pay the titanium price and cook on the same coating that always wears out. This one is different where it counts. The cooking surface is solid 100% pure titanium, bare metal, with nothing sprayed or bonded on top.

Use metal utensils, it won't care. Put it in the oven, it's fine. Because the surface is real titanium and not a coating, there's nothing to peel, scratch off, or wear through.

Why you'll love it:

  • Real titanium surface: solid 100% pure titanium, not a coating that contains a little of it
  • Proven, not claimed: independently SGS lab-tested.
  • No coating to fail: bare titanium, so nothing to peel, flake, or leach
  • Metal-utensil safe: no finish to scratch, so reach for any spatula you like

Available in 26cm, 28cm and 30cm, with or without a matching lid. Works on gas, induction and ceramic hobs. Backed by a lifetime warranty, because real titanium is the only thing that can back it.

Care Instructions

Dishwasher safe, though a quick hand wash with warm soapy water keeps it looking its best. Titanium conducts heat very efficiently, so medium heat is plenty for most cooking.

My best pan ever

I have used many types of pans throughout my life. But there is one pan made of titanium that really impresses me. This pan heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is very easy to wash after cooking.

The problem

How do you even know it's real titanium?

Most pans with "titanium" on the box are aluminium with a thin coating that happens to contain a little of it.

Titanium on the label, coating on the pan

Titanium on the label, coating on the pan

Most "titanium" pans are aluminium with a nonstick coating that has a few titanium particles mixed in. The word is on the box, but the surface touching your food is the same coating as any other nonstick, and it wears out the same way.

"Pure" that isn't pure

"Pure" that isn't pure

Some are clad: a paper-thin titanium layer bonded over cheaper metal, sold as solid. Others are stainless with a trace of titanium in the alloy. Different tricks, same result. You're paying for titanium and cooking on a fraction of it.

Said pure titanium. It wasn't.

Ask any titanium brand for an independent lab report on the actual pan. Most go quiet. That silence is your answer. We have the SGS certificate ready and verified.

The Gonest difference

100% Real Titanium

Most "titanium" pans can't show you what they're actually made of. This one can. Here's what the surface is, how it's verified, and the warranty that only real titanium can back.

A surface, not a coating
The pan most brands sell you is aluminium with a coating that contains a little titanium. This one is different where it counts: the cooking surface is solid 100% pure titanium, bare metal, nothing sprayed or bonded on top. There's no coating because there's no coating needed.
Independently lab-tested
"Titanium" on a box is a marketing word. A certificate is a fact. Ours is SGS lab-tested for purity, real and verified..
A warranty only real titanium can make
Coated pans warranty everything except the coating, because they know it fails. There's no coating here to fail, so we cover the cooking surface itself, for life. A brand can only make that promise when the surface is genuinely titanium.

Frequently asked questions

Is this actually pure titanium, or titanium-coated?
Solid titanium. The cooking surface is 100% pure titanium metal with no coating on top. That's the whole difference: most "titanium" pans are aluminium with a thin coating that contains a little titanium, and the surface still wears out like any nonstick. Ours has nothing sprayed or bonded on. It's the metal itself.
How is this different from the cheap "titanium" pans I've seen?
Those are almost always aluminium with a coating that has a few titanium particles mixed in, or a thin titanium layer clad over cheaper metal. The word is on the box, but the surface isn't titanium. Ours is a solid titanium cooking surface, verified by SGS. Same word, completely different pan.
What grade of titanium is it?
Commercially pure titanium, the grade valued for being inert and non-reactive, the same reason titanium is used for medical implants.
Does it work on induction?
Yes, on every hob including induction. The cooking surface is solid titanium, and the base is engineered to work across gas, electric, ceramic and induction, so your kitchen isn't a limitation.
Is it nonstick?
Yes it is. It does release food well with a little oil and proper heat, the way good steel or cast iron does. Because there's no coating to wear out, it cooks the same in year twenty as on day one.
Can I use metal utensils?
Yes, without thinking about it. There's no coating to scratch, so steel spatulas, whisks and tongs are all fine, which is the thing a coated pan could never survive.
