Your next pan should be a choice you feel confident about.

Before you buy another pan, look at three things: what your food touches, how it cooks, and what you’re getting for your money.

GONEST makes those answers clear.

1. Know what you’re cooking on.

The cooking surface is solid, uncoated Grade 1 titanium, with SGS laboratory testing behind the material specification. There’s no applied nonstick coating over it.

That titanium cooking surface sits on a multi-metal body engineered for even heating and induction compatibility. Each part has a purpose: titanium where you cook, and a supporting construction underneath.

2. Know what to expect in your kitchen.

An uncoated surface has its own cooking routine: preheat the pan, add a little oil, and give food time before turning it.

Use it for morning eggs, a quick lunch or dinner for two. It’s metal-utensil safe and works on gas, induction and ceramic hobs. With no applied nonstick layer, there’s no coating to peel or flake away.

3. Choose what fits the way you cook.

Pick the size that suits your portions and your stove, with or without a matching lid. Your pan comes backed by a lifetime warranty for added confidence in your purchase.

Care Instructions

Dishwasher safe, though a quick hand wash with warm soapy water keeps it looking its best. Titanium conducts heat very efficiently, so medium heat is plenty for most cooking.

The problem

Your next pan should be a decision you understand.

With so many pans making similar promises, choosing can feel like guesswork. Start with three things: the surface, the construction, and the evidence behind the claims.

Start with the cooking surface

Start with the cooking surface

The word "titanium" alone does not tell you what you will cook on. It can refer to an ingredient in a coating or to the metal surface itself. Ask what touches your food and whether anything is applied on top. A clear answer makes the comparison simpler.

Understand what is underneath

Understand what is underneath

The cooking surface and the pan body do different jobs. A multi-metal body does not automatically mean a coated pan. Look for a clear explanation of each layer: what touches your food, what spreads the heat, and what makes the base work on your hob.

Look for more than a promise

Look for more than a promise

A review can describe an experience, but it cannot verify a material. Look for a product specification, relevant lab testing, and warranty terms you can read. Knowing what supports each claim helps you choose with confidence.

The Solution

Know the surface. Choose with confidence.

An uncoated Grade 1 titanium cooking surface, a body built for even heating, and clear answers before you buy. Here is what you are choosing, and what to expect from it.

Grade 1 titanium where you cook
Food cooks directly on an uncoated Grade 1 titanium surface. There is no applied nonstick coating on top. Beneath that surface, a multi-metal body helps distribute heat and provides induction compatibility. The surface and the body each have a job, and we explain both.
Material claims you can check
Our titanium material has been independently SGS lab-tested. Ask us for the report and the details of what was tested. A useful report connects a specific sample to a specific result, so you can understand the evidence behind the material claim.
A lifetime warranty, clearly explained
Your pan comes with a lifetime warranty, subject to its terms. Read what is covered and how to make a claim before you buy. There is no nonstick coating to peel, but normal marks and changes in appearance can still happen with use. Confidence starts with knowing what to expect.
Japanese craftsmanship for everyday cooking
Handcrafted in Japan with an uncoated titanium cooking surface and a body designed for everyday cooking. Give it a proper preheat, add a little oil, and let food cook before turning. You get a pan you can learn and keep using, with straightforward guidance from the start.

Frequently asked questions

Is the cooking surface titanium or titanium-coated?
The cooking surface is uncoated Grade 1 titanium metal, with no applied nonstick coating on top. The pan is not titanium all the way through: that cooking surface sits on a multi-metal body designed to distribute heat and work on induction. That is the construction you are buying.
How can I compare it with other titanium pans?
Compare the specification, not just the word "titanium". Ask what the cooking surface is made of, whether it has an applied coating, how the body is constructed, and what the warranty covers. Our surface is uncoated Grade 1 titanium. Ask us for the SGS material test report if you would like to examine the testing behind that claim.
What grade of titanium is it?
The cooking surface is Grade 1 commercially pure titanium. This specifies the food-contact surface, not the entire multi-metal pan body. If you want to look more closely at the material specification and SGS testing, contact us before you order.
Does it work on induction?
Yes. The multi-metal body includes an induction-compatible base and works on gas, electric and ceramic hobs too. Choose a pan size suited to your cooking zone and follow the care instructions for heating.
Will food release without a nonstick coating?
Food can release well with the right technique. Preheat the pan, add a little oil, and allow food time to cook before turning. It will feel different from coated nonstick, and some foods take a little practice. We include a Mastering Titanium guide to help you get comfortable with it.
Can I use metal utensils?
Yes. Metal spatulas and tongs can be used on the uncoated titanium surface. There is no applied nonstick coating to peel, although metal utensils can leave cosmetic marks. Use normal cooking pressure and follow the care guide.
Where are these pans made?
The pans are handcrafted in Japan. The construction combines a Grade 1 titanium cooking surface with a multi-metal body for heat distribution and induction compatibility. If you would like more detail about the materials or origin before buying, our team can help.
